Challenges Faced

As a newly independent company, Bose Professional faced operational challenges as they transitioned to a stand-alone platform that could support their complex operations, improve real-time reporting, and handle a global supply chain without disruption.

The Solution

Partnering with Myers-Holum, Bose Professional implemented NetSuite to facilitate their carveout and ensure smooth operations post-independance. Myers-Holum made 19 separate customizations to NetSuite to address Bose Professional’s specific needs, ensuring seamless integration across all business functions. This included tailoring inventory management, order processing, and financial workflows to align with their operational goals.

The solution enabled Bose Professional to transition to a stand-alone platform in record time, capable of processing complete orders from start-to-finish on day one.
