NS90 Offerings

NS90 Lite

Fast, NetSuite-native integration for growing businesses.

A standardized, two-way integration between NetSuite and virtually any external system. The NetSuite Integration Platform (NSIP), built on Oracle Integration Cloud, moves the data and NetSuite handles the transformation. No NSAW or data warehouse required.

No NSAW

Runs on NetSuite, plus an NSIP license

REST or SFTP

Connects to virtually any external system

Every record logged

Two-tier audit trail, inbound and outbound

Zero duplicates

Safe to retry, automatic de-duplication

10,000 / day

Messages each direction

4 weeks

Post-go-live support included
//
THE CHALLENGE

The challenge

Two-way sync

Masters and transactions go out. Confirmations, events and updates come back, accurately, in both directions.

Built for volume

Payloads can be large. Processing has to keep pace without stalling or dropping records.

Full traceability

Every transmission and every transaction logged with its own status, in a searchable audit trail inside NetSuite.

NS90 Lite delivers all three as a standardized, NetSuite-native integration, sized for growing businesses.

THE SOLUTION

Choose your NS90 path

Direct integration icon

NetSuite-native logic

All mapping and transformation live in SuiteScript: version-controlled, testable, easy to support and extend.

Compact footprint

Runs on NetSuite and the NetSuite Integration Platform. No NSAW, and no extra data platform to stand up.

Reliable by design

Automatic de-duplication, safe reprocessing and a full per-record log of every transmission.

Fast to stand up

Built from a repeatable pattern driven by a field-mapping spec, then deployed straight into NetSuite.
//
UNDER THE HOOD

Built to scale, and to explain itself

For IT and integration teams evaluating NS90 Lite, here's how it handles volume, failures and mapping.
Inbound that scales
Every transaction accounted for
Outbound that keeps up
Consistent mapping everywhere
//
HOW IT WORKS

Three systems, one repeatable pattern

Your external system connects over a REST API or SFTP. Oracle Integration Cloud moves the data, and NetSuite SuiteScript transforms each message, writes native records and logs what happened, so the result lives in NetSuite alongside its own audit trail.

//
OBSERVABILITY

One screen for every integration

A monitor inside NetSuite shows every transmission and every transaction, in both directions.
Filter fast by date, status, domain or record.
Retry from the same screen. Support can re-queue failed work without leaving the monitor.
Governed statuses. Support can retry work but can never fake an outcome.

GETTING STARTED

What you need

NS90 Lite runs on NetSuite with an NSIP license. Beyond that, there is one more licensing prerequisite and one sizing limit.

A dedicated SuiteCloud Plus license

You procure a SuiteCloud Plus license from NetSuite. Its five processors are dedicated to NS90 Lite’s background processing and cannot be shared with other scripts. Sustained heavier workloads may need an additional license.

Volume limits 10,000 in 10,000 out

Messages per day, maximum. Higher volumes need a separately scoped solution such as NS90 Integrate.
Plan for growth: Moving from Lite to Integrate later is possible, but it requires reimplementation effort, so sizing up front matters.
//
WHICH IS RIGHT FOR YOU

Choose your NS90 path

Same NS90 family, two sizes. Lite is built for growing businesses connecting one to three systems. Integrate is the enterprise platform for analytics, lineage and multi-source scale.
For growing SMBs
Start with NS90 Lite when
You're integrating one to three external systems
Speed and a light footprint matter most
NetSuite is your system of record
You don't need analytics or a data hub yet

Technical observability is enough for now

You're fine retriggering failed records from the source

For Enterprise
Choose NS90 Integrate when
You're bringing in multiple source systems
You need analytics, lineage and replay
Reporting must run independently of NetSuite
You need compliance-grade controls
You want prebuilt apps like Shopify, Amazon and Salesforce

You want self-healing integrations and business observability
