Integrations

Which integration is right for you?

Myers-Holum connects NetSuite to your other systems three ways: NS90 Lite for growing businesses, NS90 Integrate for the enterprise, or a third-party iPaaS like Boomi or Celigo. Here's how to tell which fits.

Fit check

Five questions to a starting point

This is a guide, not a quote. A consultant will confirm the right fit when we scope your project.

01SystemsHow many external systems do you need to connect to NetSuite?
02Daily volumeRoughly how many messages a day, in either direction?
03AnalyticsDo you need analytics, data lineage or reporting that runs outside NetSuite?
04Prebuilt appsDo you want a prebuilt connector for an app like Shopify, Amazon or Salesforce?
05Existing iPaaSDoes your company already use Boomi or Celigo?

// Prebuilt apps

Connecting a popular app? Start with a prebuilt one.

NS90 Integrate includes prebuilt apps for common commerce, CRM and finance systems, so your project doesn't start from scratch. NS90 Lite connects one to three systems of your choice, using a mapping built for you.

CRM and sales

Included with NS90 Integrate. Not part of NS90 Lite.

Finance, payments and spend

Included with NS90 Integrate. Not part of NS90 Lite.

Retail, POS and operations

Included with NS90 Integrate. Not part of NS90 Lite.

Using NS90 Lite?

Lite connects NetSuite to one to three systems with a REST API or SFTP, including systems with no prebuilt app.

Each integration is built from a standardized pattern and a field-mapping spec.

Already on Boomi or Celigo?

Those platforms come with their own connector libraries. We implement NetSuite integrations on both.

Don't see your system?

We've scoped integrations for platforms that aren't listed.

//
Volume and performance

How much each option can handle

Volume is often the deciding factor. If you expect to grow past Lite’s daily limit, plan for Integrate from the start.

NS90 Lite

10,000 / day

Maximum messages each direction

Large inbound payloads

Acknowledged instantly, then split and processed in the background.

Large outbound volumes

Transformed in the background, staged, and paged out. Optional batching combines many payloads into one.

Processing capacity

Uses the 5 processors of a dedicated SuiteCloud Plus license. Sustained heavier workloads may need an additional license.

Above the limit

Not supported. Needs a separately scoped solution such as NS90 Integrate.

NS90 Integrate

Multi-source

Built for cross-client scale

Integration styles

Both batch and near real-time integration.

Multiple systems

Brings many source systems into one data hub.

Recovery at scale

Failed records retry automatically, with no manual reprocessing.

Throughput

Scales with additional infrastructure licensing, with no custom VMs to manage.

Boomi / Celigo

Platform-based

Depends on Boomi molecule size (VM count) or Celigo license

Integration styles

Batch and near real time.

Multiple systems

Multiple source systems

Throughput

Based on Boomi molecule size (VM count) or Celigo licensing.

Enterprise features

What you get with NS90 Integrate

Both NS90 options share a reliable core. Integrate adds a data hub and the controls larger organizations need.

Enterprise integration pedigree

Myers-Holum has built integrations for companies like Expedia, Dell, Disney, J&J and State Street Bank, drawing on deep data warehousing and master data management experience.

Integrate only

Persistent data hub

Data lands in an Oracle ADW hub with landing and prepared layers, inside Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.

Lite:
NetSuite is the data store.

Integrate only

Lineage and replay

Trace any record back to its source and replay it from the hub.

Lite:
Failed records are retriggered from the source

Integrate only

Self-healing design

Exceptions are handled automatically with record-level reprocessing and a job audit framework. No pagers for intermittent failures.

Lite:
Transport issues self-recover; data issues are fixed and retriggered manually from source.

Integrate only

Balance and control

Independent validation of pipeline outcomes keeps data consistent end to end.

Integrate only

Business observability and analytics

Analytics models in NSAW and Oracle Analytics Cloud, with reporting that runs independently of NetSuite.

Lite
Technical monitoring console inside NetSuite.

Integrate only

Compliance-grade controls

Supports SOX compliance with end-to-end audit trails, record lineage and balance-and-control validation, so every financial transaction can be traced and reconciled from source to NetSuite.

Lite and Integrate

Two-tier audit trail

Every transmission and every transaction logged with its own status.

Lite and Integrate

De-duplication and safe reprocessing

Retries never create duplicate records.

Lite and Integrate

Oracle-native

Runs on NetSuite and the NetSuite Integration Platform (NSIP). No third-party iPaaS license required.
